New Sling Library Opening Times!

Dues to the ever increasing demand for Sling Library services, I’ve decided to open the Library on the ‘inbetween weeks’, starting after February half term. The Library Open Days will continue as before on alternate Tuesdays from 10am-2pm, but new Open Days will be on alternate Thursday afternoons from 12:30-2:30pm to give more people a chance to drop by and try or borrow a carrier.

The next few Open drop in sessions will therefore be:

Tuesday 14th February 10am – 2pm

Thursday 23rd February 12:30 – 2:30 pm

Trialling an evening session: Thursday 23rd February 8pm-9pm

Tuesday 28th February 10am – 2pm

Thursday 8th March 12:30 – 2:30 pm

As before, I’ll keep the website column to the right updated with the upcoming opening times.

I’m now also offering out of hours collections for carriers at an additional charge of £5 on top of the normal hire fee. Please note that this is simply for collecting a carrier to hire; I will demonstrate how to use the carrier in one position, but will not be able to spend a long time teaching you to use it or showing different carries.  From March I’ll start offering private classes and group workshops for those needing more time and attention to learn and practice different carries and carriers.
